V/LINE GEELONG TO APOLLO BAY SERVICES – HEAVILY REDUCED SERVICES ON FRIDAY 9TH JANUARY 2026
On Friday 9th January 2026, due to the Catastrophic Fire Rating in the South West region of Victoria, the V/Line services operated by McHarry’s on the Great Ocean Road will operate to a reduced timetable. The following services between Geelong, Torquay, Anglesea, Lorne and Apollo Bay are CANCELLED and WILL NOT RUN ON ANY PART OF THE ROUTE:

10:11 Geelong to Apollo Bay
9:46 Apollo Bay to Geelong
11:51 Geelong to Apollo Bay
14:31 Geelong to Apollo Bay
14:40 Apollo Bay to Geelong
16:31 Apollo Bay to Geelong
17:52 Geelong to Apollo Bay
However, at this stage the following services operating wholly within the Central region of Victoria will run as normal:
06:36 Geelong to Lorne
08:50 Lorne to Geelong
11:26 Geelong to Lorne
13:25 Lorne to Geelong
21:07 Geelong to Lorne
23:18 Lorne to Geelong
McHarry’s Torquay Routes 52, 53 & 54 will operate as normal.
