If you travel infrequently, simply purchase a myki, top up (add credit) and travel – See Fare Information.
If you travel more often you may consider buying a Geelong Regional Student Pass which is loaded on a myki giving unlimited travel on any Geelong public or school bus services in Zone 4 or 5.

You may be eligible for reimbursement of your Geelong Regional Student Pass under the Conveyance Allowance Program (CAP) administered by the Department of Education and Training. Your school can provide more information about CAP.
Unless it states otherwise, myki school buses will service all flagged bus stops enroute, or in the absence of formalised bus stops, upon request. Be sure you stand in a conspicuous area and hail the bus. The driver might suggest safe stopping locations in the absence of flagged bus stops.
Check the timetable of your service carefully including any notes which may say it runs express.
