Route 31 detours – Kilgour St and Garden St intersection closure

Thursday 15th October for approximately 7 weeks

Due to road safety improvement works, the intersection at Kilgour St and Garden St, East Geelong will be closed to all traffic from Thursday 15th October for approximately 7 weeks.

Route 31 will detour via Fitzroy St, Richmond Cres/Richmond St to Garden St during this time.

Temporary stops will be installed in Richmond St, and an inbound stop in Fitzroy St as shown by the green buses on the map below.

The stops below, marked with an X on the map will not be accessible during the road closure.

  • Stop 30584 Richmond St
  • Stop 30663 Kilgour St
