Route 45 and Route 41 detours – Rossack Drive closure  

From the first service Friday 11th October to the last service Thursday 31th October.

Due to roadworks, a section of Rossack Drive will be closed between Princes Hwy and Meadowvale Drive.

Route 45, 41 and school buses will be required to detour during this time.

Route 45 will travel via Meadowvale Drive in both directions, and U-turn at the South Valley Rd roundabout as shown by the purple line.

Route 41 inbound to Geelong is not affected, and will travel as normal as shown by the green line.

Route 41 outbound from Geelong will travel from Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, continue straight to South Valley Rd, and perform a U-turn at the roundabout to continue back to Meadowvale Drive, left into Rossack Drive where it will continue the rest of the route as normal.

The Rossack Drive/Meadowvale Rd bus stops will be inaccessible, and temporary stops will be located just south of the Meadowvale roundabout as shown by the green bus icons in the map below.
