BOUNDARY ROAD AND HORSESHOE BEND RD CLOSURE
Route 52 and 54 detour from first service Monday 19th August to last service 31st January 2025
Due to a road closure at the intersection of Boundary Rd and Horseshoe Bend Rd routes 52 and 54 will be on detour from 19/8/24 to 31/1/25, and will detour via Reserve Rd, Horseshoe Bend Rd to Precinct Rd, as shown by the orange line in the map below.
A temporary bus stop will be located in Horseshoe Bend Rd on the west side just north of Precinct Rd for outbound services.

The following bus stops will not be serviced during the road closure.
- Burvilles Rd/Surf Coast Highway – inbound stop 28565
- Burvilles Rd/Ashbury Blvd – inbound stop 28566 and outbound stop 28567
- Horseshoe Bend Rd/Burvilles Rd – inbound stop 28548 and outbound stop 28547
- Horseshoe Bend Rd/Verona Grove – inbound stop 28549 and outbound stop 28550
- Horseshoe Bend Rd/Dalmore Pl – inbound stop 28551 and outbound stop 28552
- Horseshoe Bend Rd/Walter St – inbound stop 28555 and outbound stop 28556
- Boundary Rd/Nairn Drive – outbound stop 28553
- Horseshoe Bend Rd – outbound stop 28564
Customers are advised to use the next closest stops:
- Surf Coast Highway/Boundary Rd – inbound stop 30961 and outbound stop 30922
- Torquay Rd/Armstrong Blvd – inbound stop 50790 and Torquay Rd/Burvilles Rd outbound stop 50823
- Precinct Rd/Carlton Ave – outbound stop 28559
- Horseshoe Bend Rd/near Precinct Rd – stop 28557
