BARWON HEADS ROAD NIGHT WORKS CLOSURE 

ROUTE 55 DETOURS from 7pm to 6am 

Monday 16/11 from 7pm to 6am on Tuesday 17/11 

Tuesday 17/11 from 7pm to 6am on Wednesday 18/11

A section of Barwon Heads Rd will be closed on two consecutive nights for safety barrier installation.

Monday 16th November, 2026 Barwon Heads Rd will be closed between Buchanan Blvd and Lower Duneed Rd

Tuesday 17th November, 2026 Barwon Heads Rd will be closed between Lake Rd and Buchanan Blvd

Buchanan Blvd Bus Stops 49068 and 49069 will be closed during these works.

Detours will be via Warralily Blvd, Horseshoe Bend Rd and Lower Duneed Rd in both directions during the road closure period.
